    I'll be visiting Okinawa, so I have been looking for some information on what these islands offer, besides the weather, beaches, food, culture, etc.

    Most of the links posted below don't work anymore.

    I found an old report (see below), but am not convinced this really exists. Has anybody been there? If yes, can you give me directions?

    Many thanks in advance!

    * Okinawa Strip Club Review (2002-08-31)

    - Well last night the guys and I went out to visit the Naha City Music or more commonly known as "The Stage". I am mostly going to add on to what Chris said in his review #2523. You pay $30 to get in. South American girls and Japanese girls dance on stage. Somewhat similar to an American strip club.

    The difference is that at the end of the girls dance one person from the audience can go on stage and have sex with the girl. Typically only the S. American girls have sex, but once in a while a Japanese girl while have sex also. Note that only one girl out of the group normally gets on stage to have sex. If you are intimidated to go on stage you can go in the back room. The back room costs an additional $50 now, but offers privacy.

    The women were absolutely amazing and the full service I received was fantastic. The Stage in located in central Naha and is visible from Route 58. If you are heading south it will be on your left side across from a big Family Mart. Look for the street that is divided down the middle by a canal. The Stage is located on this street, but you can see the stage before you actually turn.

    If you reach the left turn for Kokasai Dori you have gone too far. If you are coming from the highway you are going to want to wait until you pass the right turn onto Kokasai Dori and then turn right at the Food Mart. Enjoy!!

    There's a few places in Okinawa I have found for some pretty cool paid sexual fun.

    BC Street Filipina clubs and massage parlor: It's outside Kadena AB's gate 2 and parallels gate 2 to the Northwest by a few hundred yards. If you're driving, go out Kadena gate 2, keep going straight till you hit the elevated 4-way crosswalk, turn left, then take your next left and you're now on BC street (it has other newer names, just can't remember them). It's a 1-lane, 1-way street. During the day it's a popular Japanese shopping street. At night, on the right side there's about half a dozen Filipina clubs. It's not cheap, but if you buy a cute Filipina a few juicy's (Y1,000 each), you'll be sucking her tits and she'll be stroking your dick. If you really want to get laid, you can buy her out of the bar ($150-250) for a couple hours and take a taxi to a cheap motel near by. She gets virtually none of this money though, so if you have a few days and you want some "companionship at command", just talk with her quietly about arranging meetings during the day when she's allowed out of her residence hall. You'll pay nearly the same amount, but at least she gets all the $$ herself and she'll be more enjoyable.
    During the day, on the left side of BC street down by the end just before Morrigans pub, you'll see a little wooden sign on the sidewalk for massages. This place hasn't been in business very long and probably won't be for long either, but the menu has regular and "sensual" massages. It's expensive (I think $150 or so if I remember right) but you get a nice shower, massage, and a great BJ (nothing else). Don't pay the $$ for the 90 min one, get the 60 min one.

    Love motels: You can't get girls here (that I know of), but if you find a chick and want to take her somewhere cool, most of the love motels are in Awase. From Kadena gate 2, go down gate 2 street, this time turn right at the 4-way and stay on Hwy330 for 2-3km until you see Awase golf course on the left. Turn left there (I think it's Hwy 22?) about 1-2km down the road you have to turn left again. Can't remember exactly where, but most of the traffic goes that way. Soon after that the road goes down a hill and you'll see the whole hillside has a bunch of really extravagent tacky looking hotels. You can't miss it at night- it looks like Vegas hotels. Those are the love hotels.

    Naha Soapy Slides: One of the cooler experiences here is to do the soapy-slide thing down in Naha. There's a whole bunch of parlors in this one neighborhood down there where you go in, pay the guy Y15,000 for an hour with a cute Japanese girl. They don't speak English but you don't need to communicate- the girl will take care of you. You go into this room with a bed and a big bathing area. She gives you a total (nude) body wash, then slimes up a big air mattress where she gives you a body to body slippery massage, a BJ, and then fucks you silly. If you don't want the slip-n-slide, then you can opt for a massage and fuck on the bed. This is a great time and some of the girls are real hammers (some aren't!). I've never had a bad experience and these girls are really nice and friendly. Exact directions are a problem so you may have to do a little searching: Go down Hwy 58 to Naha and keep driving. You need to turn right just before leaving Naha on the last street before crossing the big river. There's a big elevated 4-way there. Drive down that street and turn right at the last big cross-street. You should see a large brown hotel on the left side once you make the turn. Go down that street and if it takes you to a big bridge, then you're on the right street. Just before the bridge, turn right on a little street. Take your next available tiny street to the right and you should start seeing these parlors. They're brightly lit up and tacky, Vegas style, and each of them has a Japanese mafia guy standing outside. Just pick one, he'll show you where to park, and off you go!
    Have fun.

    Reminds me of when I was stationed there back in 1998 to 2000. Like 'Green' was saying there are a lot of filipinas in BC street. But most of the clubs along the strip cater to American servicemen stationed mostly in Kadena Air Base and the Marine Corps Bases in Okinawa. One of the clubs that comes to my mind is the "Hawaiin Nights" club. Although they would have a live filipino band (from worse to good) the place is a Rat Hole. One time I got my shorts rip because of a wire that was sticking out one of the seats that is heavily taped up with Masking Tape. I don't know if this place is still open or it is still and in the same condition but I rate the filipinas over there between 4 to 5. If you go farther it gets very interesting with a mixture of clubs with filipinas and okinawan women. I find the okinawan (japanese) women more attractive but if you are not fluent in japanese or look like "Rob Lowe" you can pretty much forget it or unless you come in with your japanese friend and translate for you all night (which I have done before with marginal results). I say that if you cannot pass for japanese (somehow if am only fluent in nihongo I can pass for japanese) and communicate it is fruitless. My theory is these japanese women know and understand english but if they are not attracted to you, you should just hit the high road. I have seen tall white dudes hang out in these clubs and somehow magically some of these women know how to speak and understand the english language!!! Go Figure. I am an Asian American myself and these was one of my frustrations when I was there. But I had no problems with the filipina women though and there are 7's or 8's that you can find in Naha City especially at the "Makati Club".

    One of my favorite hangouts farther down from BC street is called the "Yakaniko Club". There was a lot of 6 to 7 filipina women and although it is open to everyone you can find mostly filipino american servicemen hang out here. I myself was acquainted with the Papa-san and I usually hangout every weekend and spend about $100-150. As soon as I get to know the filipina women I usually take them on Kadena Air Base in the morning and eat breakfast and most of them would hang out in my barracks until they go to work at 6 pm. This was my routine until I can say that I fucked almost all of them during the span of time that they were working in that club. One good thing about this is that the women change every 6 months. So you can just imagine how happy I am when I was there!!!!! ;}

    I was on Okinawa in March. Green, I didn't see the massage place on BC street. Maybe it's not there anymore. I was definitely looking.

    I did find some good phil bars there though. I don't remember names, I went to all of them. One of them was pretty good because the girls will actually drink with you. The one I was with drank cans of beer rather than a shot of juice. The price was the same for a lady drink at all the ones I went to. The only difference was what they drank. One I went to I bought the girl a drink and told her exactly what I wanted. I ended up going into the "jungle" as they call it. It's just a booth with two potted plants providing cover from the rest of the bar. There I got a good slow handjob for 50 bucks. When you hit BC from gate 2 street go left and the bar is on the right. Don't remember name.

    The basic price of the other places was 200 dollars for an all nighter not including the cost of a cheap hotel.

    One the same side is an internet cafe. You have to go up some stairs. It's easy to find. There is only one there. I "spoke" with the bartender there. I was the only customer there. I don't speak japanese and he didn't speak english. Luckily sex motions is the same in any language. It took me a couple of days (I started my nights drinking beer there) before I broke the code. What I translated from his is that there is a place about 15 min from BC that the locals go. It's called Yoshihara. This is what I found.

    I jumped in a cab and told the driver "yoshihara." He knew exactly what I was looking for. It's about 15-20 min away off the main road. It's a series of interconnecting "alleys" or small streets in the style of amsterdam. Girls are standing in front of the doorways waiting for customers. There are a bunch of them. What I understood from the bartender was not all of them take "gaijin" or foreigners. He said maybe 40% of them do. The trick is to find the 40%. As I approached I "told" the cab driver "gaijin" and pointed to myself. Again he understood what I meant. He drove up to one girl and said a bunch of words of which I understood "gaijin." He was asking her if she would take me. She nodded "no." We moved along and stopped at the next girl. Same thing. At this time I figured I might just walk around and see how I'll do by myself. I got out and started walking. I walked around until I found a cute japanese girl. I approached her and smiled. Basically I asked her if I could come in by pointing at myself and pointing towards the door. She said yes. She took a calculator out and inputted the price. She motioned the time. Translation: It would be 100 dollars for 30 min.

    Everything was covered. Attitude was good. I fucked her for all of the 30mins and a little more. She didn't watch the clock.

    If you try this place I would suggest going alone. Being nice. I was drunk, but didn't act obnoxious. I think these things would increase your chances of having them accept a gaijin.

    Good luck

    [Scout Report: Okinawa - Naha (Jul-2002)]

    Collected a few pieces of Sexual Services Intel on various sites and am submitting this report for benefit of others user of this site.

    1) Found a great lead on soapland action in Naha City at the following URL: http://www.okinawa-info.com/hub/soapland.html

    2) Did a search on web for maps of Naha area. Found good general info and downloaded an Adobe PDF file from the Japan National Tourist Organization (JNTO):
    http://www.jnto.go.jp
    http://www.jnto.go.jp/eng/RTG/PTG/pg-709.pdf (Yahoo search: "pg" and "709" and "Naha")

    3) Armed with info on aforementioned sites, drove down Route 58 from Kadena area towards Naha (approx. 45 mins elapsed time) looking for soapland area described in URL of Item 1 of this report.

    4) The Izumizaki Crossing is a 4-corner pedestrian overpass crosswalk. I saw a number of these overpass crosswalks while driving in to Naha City, so keep you're eyes peeled. If you're heading South on Route 58 from Kadena, look for a 'Hitachi' and then 'Toshiba' sign on top of buildings to your left (Maejima area). You're getting close, stay in right lane. A 'Panasonic' sign on top of a building will soon come up on your right. On your left, look for an overhead rail station; I believe it's called 'Asahibashi Station'. Route 58 makes a slight bend to the right just prior to the intersection; keep in the right lane. You'll need to make a right turn at that intersection, taking the left fork in the road. If you're heading North on Route 58 from Naha Airport direction, look for the overhead rail station on your right (Asahibashi Station, please correct if I'm wrong). You'll need to turn left at the next intersection (look for the 4-corner pedestrian overpass). Whether you turn left or right, you'll be headed down a 2-lane road towards the Pacific Hotel.

    5) On page 3 of the JNTO map (Naha; see above URL), the Pacific Hotel is represented by the boxed #4 on the far left of the Naha map. The soapland neighborhood I drove through was the city block to the right of the boxed #4, left of the words "Izumizaki Crossing" and down-left of the circled #1. This may sound like jibberish, but refer to the map and you can probably decipher what I'm saying.

    6) After driving down the 2-lane road 2-3 minutes, I saw the Pacific Hotel. I made a U-turn in the front door area of the hotel. I passed through the traffic light (heading back towards Route 58 direction), made my first left past the bookstore warehouse located on the left. I started to drive in to the area I assumed was soapland neighborhood. I was soon hailed and flagged by a number of young bouncer guys and obaa-sans (elderly ladies) sitting on folding chairs outside of each of their respective establishments. I surmised I was in the correct area of town (Okinawa soaplands).

    7) I didn't stop or visit any of the places. Not sure where you can park if you have a car. Either case, I went in broad daylight (approx. 13:00 on a Friday) and was obviously being enticed to enter (I'm a gaijin, so I assume everyone waving at me would welcome foreigners to their establishment). Maybe you can pay for parking at Pacific Hotel and take a stroll through the neighborhood. If you walk back towards Route 58 from the Pacific Hotel about 1 minute, turn left down the first 1-2 side streets, walk another 1-2 blocks, you'll know you've hit the soapland places if you get approached by front door greeters.

    8) Will report more if I venture in to one of the Naha soaplands.

    Kokaroach:

    Much thanks for your FR on Yoshihara, great intel! I was on a business trip to Okinawa in early 2001 and a bud stationed there took us to that district, just to show us around. We only just cruised through the narrow roads and tight alleys, as we had already done the Naha Music Factory (aka "The Stage") visit and were tired and drunk by then. I probably misunderstood at the time, as I thought those places were mostly "snacks" and members only type bars. Pleasantly surprised to learn they are something other than just hostess bars.

    Curious, how did YOU get keyed in on that district? It's definitely off the beaten path. I remember exactly how to get there, might save myself a drive down to Naha next time I'm in Okinawa and take a walk through Yoshihara.

    Thanks again for your post.

      [Angel Lip]

      Angel Lip is a fashion health shop located in the Naha soapy district (in/around Pacific Hotel). Sorry dudes, this website is in Nihongo. Attached is photo of the area. Angel Lip is in front-right of the shot (blue sign, yellow lettering). Other soapies also shown (Talent, Wave, Emerald). Website does have a map, for those who can read Kanji.

          JFX,

          Like I said in the post, I got the info from the bartender at the internet cafe. It took a little while, but finally got the info. I thought I got good intel from one of the doormen of the phil bars, but realized he wasn't being totally truthful. He told me about a bar district that "locals" go, but advised against me going and told me a story about him and his freind being drugged and "rolled" by some yakuza types. He was just trying to get his bar my business.

          The bartender didn't have any conflicts of interest with telling me where to get laid. He even told me about the "jungle" where to get cheap hand/blow jobs. Again, neither of us spoke each others language so I still don't if I found exactly where he was trying describe. I did understand Yoshihara though.

          The only thing I didn't try so don't know about is whether the girls at yoshihara will negotiate prices.

          Good luck!

          I'm a bozo. My bad, I re-read your post more closely after I posted my reply. Understand you got your tip at the Internet cafe. Lesson learned; drinking and posting don't mix.

          Just so I'm sure we're talking about the same district --- To get to Yoshihara from Kadena AB: Exit Gate 2, turn left at the main intersection w/ pedestrian overpass (Route 330, I think), drive about 15 minutes, turn left at another highway intersection, drive up a few meters, Yoshihara area is on your right(?). Please confirm, thanks.

          "The Jungle" for cheap HJ/BJ, will need to research that. Thanks for the tip, will post if/when I get any intel on it.

          Cheers,

          JFX,

          How you doing buddy. Yeah, that sounds about right (directions to yoshihara). It is close by, 10-15 minutes or so. Up the hill a little from main road. I took a cab and was drunk also, but I'm sure it's the same place.

          About the "jungle," it isn't the name of the bar, but the name of the area the girls take customers for funny stuff. I think it's their code word for it.

          PS, the okinawan beer (don't remember name) on tap gave me the meanest headache I've ever had, alcohol or not.

          Good luck and have fun!

          == Slum Club ==

          This club is an R&B/Hip-Hop/House place in Naha. Significance of the attached map is that are also a number of snack bars, touch pubs, este massage, fashion/lingerie clubs and bottle clubs in the Matsuyama/Wakasa area. The Family Mart marked on the attached map is the same one very near to Naha Music (aka "The Stage"). Hotel Taira is also listed on the map for reference.

            [Attached Map]

            C = Club Slum
            D = Hotel Taira
            W = Snack Bars, Karaoke Box, Members Clubs
            X = Fashion/Lingerie Salons, Este Massage, "Touch Pubs"
            Y = Cabarets, Bottle Clubs
            Z = Naha Music (aka "The Stage")

            (1) Zone W & X

            These places appear to be for locals only, but foreigners who speak Japanese *may* be able to have fun here (who knows?). Drove through and did not get recognized by any touts. Interesting to cruise through these districts and people-watch. Matsuyama definitely appears to be the adult entertainment area of Naha. Really busy/happening on the weekends. Parking seems a little tight. Karaoke box next to the Lawson seems to be a (good) place to take in a girl who maybe loiters around the general area.

            URL which lists some (not all) shops in this area:

            http://www.night-spot.jp

            (2) Zone Y

            Drove through and was flagged/hailed by almost all the touts. Many signs with Y30,000 listed. Not sure what that amount gets you (maybe drinks and just 'blue balls' when your time runs up). Definitely not as busy as Matsuyama area. Seems a bit worn too. May be worth a visit for adventurous-types.

            [General]

            In the map in the second URL below, the Naha soapland area is located in the Tsuji district. My previous post has a pic of the Pacific Hotel (PH). The maps in both URLs show where the hotel is located; the Tsuji district is right of the PH. For reference, I would say the 'Steak House' marker diagonal of the PH would be the outer-limit of the soapland area. Tsuji area is walkable from the PH.

            The first URL shows a map (in Japanese) with the location of Naha Music (aka The Stage). Naha Music is marked as the red dot to the right of red dot symbolizing the Sun Sea Hotel. Compare the first URL with the second URL/map to get oriented to the Naha area and where Naha Music is.

            (1) http://www.age.ne.jp/x/gensan/ti/naha.shtml

            Pacific Hotel is pink blob on far left with 'H' icon
            Soapies are in areas between Pacific Hotel and green blob to the North-East

              [Yoshihara]

              Kokaroach: I found some Goya / Koza area maps on the Internet. Attached is one map, also listing a URL below. Believe the Yoshihara area is off Route 329. If one were to exit KAB Gate 2, turn left at Goya Intersection (4 Corners, Rte 330), then turn left again at Koza Intersection (4 Corners, Rte 329), Yoshihara is small neighborhood on the right about 1-2 blocks up. Recall there was a Hot Spar convenience store on right side (Rte 329); Yoshihara is the area before reaching Hot Spar. Does that sound right to your recollection? I would guess that the 'Misato' area on the attached map would be the absolute farthest out to get to Yoshihara, but I kinda think it's off Rte 329 by looking at the map, and my faded memory recall.

              http://www.geocities.com/Pentagon/3611/map4.jpg

              P.S. I agree, the Oki beer "Orion" does suck. Canned, bottled, or draft... I had some nasty headaches after drinking that bunk. If possible, I try to stick to the other Japan brands. Problem is, most bars and restaurants in Oki only serve that locally brewed stuff.

                OK, OK.... I know I'm probably overdoing it with the map stuff, but here's one more map I put together. Attached is map showing Matsuyama & Tsuji areas. Soapland & love hotel areas highlighted, as well as an adult video store (for those so inclined). Standard landmarks also highlighted (Pacific Hotel, Izumizaki Intersection).

                If anyone is interested, I can post info on the Pops AV store (another map (Nihongo) and photo of store-front).

                Cheers,

                  === Love Machine ===

                  http://www.okinawa-love.jp/pc/index.htm

                  This soapland has put up their own website recently. Again, website only in Nihongo but I'm positive they will accept foreignors and non_Nihongo speakers if you can find it. There is also a decent map on the website. I will try to annotate and post map JPG for benefit of all.

                  Love Machine located with all the other soapies in the Tsuji area (Pacific Hotel vacinity). If you review my earlier Angel Lip post, you can correlate the 'Emerald' soapie in the photo (left, blue/black sign) with the 'Emerald' marker on the map on the Love Machine website.

                  I'm going to be in Okinawa the last weekend of May. I think I'd like to try the soapies in Naha. I was wondering if you had any recommendations. I saw the maps that have been posted, but no prices or descriptions of services. I don't speak Japanese, so I don't want to walk around trying to find what I want.

                  Does anyone know a good soapie to go for a good FS treatment? How much? Can you give me directions?

                  I'd appreciate any suggestions you may have.

                  Thanks,

                  Scott

                  How comfortable would it be to live in Okinawa on $50k/year?

                  Nothing new here, but I thought I would share anyway.

                  A couple of months ago I was temporarily assigned to Okinawa (I'm active duty Navy). Couldn't get into the BOQ, so they booked me into the "Sunrise Hotel." $56 per night. The Sunday night before I left for Tokyo, about midnight, I walked down the street that is connected to Kadena AFB (about 4 blocks from my hotel) and let a mama-san drag me into her basement bar.

                  I pretty much knew what I was getting into but went anyway. She lead me to a table with 4 girls, and I latched onto (or was latched onto) by a short Filipina girl almost immediatelty. A short while later mama-san quoted me $400 to take her out of the bar for the rest of the night, but settled for $200 (it was a Sunday!)

                  We went to a Kareoke Bar for about an hour. Then I took her to my hotel and, after showering together (at her insistence), I banged her 6 times. Had to wake her for the last 4.

                  She said she was 23 (and that looked about right), and admitted that she had a kid. Early on, I asked her to turn over for doggie and she said "don't put it in my ass - I'm Filipina and we don't do that." I didn't, but her story conflicted with what my brother - also in the Navy - had told me. And she had a great ass.

                  I left her with a $100 tip; we'd agreed on it before we left her bar. I got the whine about how poor she and her family was, sick mother, etc. but never gave her any more. I'm may have over-paid, but she was 20 years younger than me, cute, hot, and my first oriental girl. And it only worked out to $50 a pop - I'm sure that she expected that she could get me off once and I would fall asleep.

                  So my only advice is, if you're getting a Bar Girl, go for Sunday night.

                  Ventured into the heart of Naha City's soapland district, and actually was quite surprised and pleased. Standard fee for 1 hour massage / FS is Y15,000. Very attractive (7+) 24 y.o. Japanese. Tight pussy. 34 C rack. Nice GFE. Non-rushed. CBJ,DATY,receptive to all positions. Intent on pleasing as evidenced by ensuring that I busted a 2nd nut. Probably in excess of 30 establishments over a 4 or 5 block area, so can't recall the name. Couple of drawbacks - these places don't utilize the picture of the girls system, so it's really hit or miss. Not sure how gaijin-friendly the majority of these places are. I speak passable Japanese and I'm not a strapping 6'4 blond hair jock, so probably gain easier entry.

                  As a side note - I noticed that The Stage was once again open for business (local strip / pseudo-live sex club utilizing predominently Columbian "entertainers") Anybody ever negotiate for services outside of this establishment after closing hours? Also, any inputs on the gentlemen's club (Chi Chi's) down in Kitamae?

                  Forgot to include in my earlier post. There are some bars / salons adjacent to the soapland district, and I've noticed some activity among these places. Bearing in mind that there are a couple of Love hotel / motels also close by, and some fine looking ( 8's and 9's) ladies coming and going into these bars / salons, can't help but wonder. This area is off the main stream for the expense account, hostess-type clubs, so Punter gut-instinct says it's happening. A good future project to work on.

                  Hmmm...be forewarned. Opportunities are sparse. Definitely avoid Gate 2 Street and adjacent area. A few buy me drinkee spots barely hanging on staffed by generally low-end (3,4, an occassional 5) Filipina bar girls. Yoshihara, the primary RLD for the locals, also tends to be pretty dismal. Best bet is to make a trip into Naha City and partake of the soaplands. Directions and info regarding these establishments are on some of the earlier posts in this section.

                  Good luck and good hunting.

                  It looks like this thread is just about dead. I hope Okinawa isn't dead for action too! But after reading in here it sounds that way.

                  I'll be traveling there in April. Can someone help me out? I'll be staying at Kadena for a few days and then one night in Naha. I was there in Kadena 2 years ago and strayed out away from the base and found a bar with one hostess inside. I could never find it again but had a good time. She was older, maybe 35 or so (I don't mind I'm over 40) and good looking and we sat in a booth in the back and did everything except fuck. I think I dropped about US$100 but it was worth it. The problem is I'll never find it again, those side streets and little bars all look the same.

                  Is Yoshihara the RLD that's a dark street that sort of parallels gate 2 Street? I remember it was bad, maybe 4 or 5 choices, all old and my one go was not much fun at all.

                  Any help is appreciated. My main goal is to wait it out and try the soapies in Naha. But I'd like to catch some action at Kadena too.

                  Filipina girls in Japanese bars

                  Hello. I was stationed in Okinawa back in 1998-2000. There were a lot of Japanese clubs all over the island that have Filipinas as the entertainers. I been back here in the US since then and I heard recently that they were yanking the visas of almost 80,000 filipina (pseudo) entertainers (more likely to work as bar girls) last January 2005. Has anybody notice the difference lately?

                  A couple of bars come to mind when I was back then. The Makati Club in Naha was foremost in my mind since they have the most younger and prettiest filipinas on their lineup and during the the two years I was there they have to change their lineup every six months and everytime they have the most classiest filipinas on the island. I was wondering if anybody has been to this club lately?

                  Also there are a number of sleazy clubs just outside of Kadena Gate 2, and the first bar that I could remember that I used to hang out was the Hawaiin Club since they have a Live Band playing and most of the bands are Filipino Bands.

                  There are also a lot of other clubs all over the island that have japanese names and I forgot the Kanji name but one of the was located near the Army base in Futema. Also there clubs in Ishikawa and a bunch of them outside of the Marine base in the northern part of the island.

                  Just want an update if any of you guys have been by to any of these clubs lately?
